As the current uncertain times evolve we want to ensure our valued clients and business
contacts that Louis Taylor Limited will remain operational to offer support and guidance
over the coming months. In addition we are very much committed to keeping team
members, clients and business contacts, along with their families safe and healthy.
With this firmly in mind we are now taking steps to adapt our working environment and
services and would appreciate your understanding and co-operation. These changes will
accommodate colleagues to work from home where possible. This should have no
significant effect on the service we provide and should go un-noticed by you.
Our office on King Street, Newcastle under Lyme is to remain operational and manned for as
long as possible and senior members of the team will always be available to deal with any
matters required in the usual manner. With a view to minimising visitors to the office to
protect our team’s wellbeing and in line with the government advice on social distancing,
visitors coming into the building are now to be strictly by appointment only. If you need to
drop anything into the office i.e. keys or completed application forms please post these
through the letterbox as opposed to coming into reception.
Where at all possible all business should now be conducted via the telephone or via
electronic means. This is admittedly challenging as we are a people orientated business and
the service we provide and have always provided is a personal and bespoke one. The
current climate is however unprecedented in recent times and as a socially responsible firm
we need to adapt while maintaining our services.
